My Favourite Natural & Organic Aromatherapy Products

I’ve been getting into aromatherapy in a big way recently. I have de-stress products on my desks at work and home, and I’ve also been using a few other products – Essence of Vali oil blends in the bath, sleep aids and mood boosters. Here are a few of my favourite picks:

Buddha Nose Booster Spray for Confidence & Energy

I had this spray in my car for ages, and then it disappeared! I blame Mr BB for this. It’s perfect for those times when you need a little boost of energy and concentration – first thing in the morning, afternoon slumps, and it also serves as an odour neutraliser (which means if I have an appointment post-yoga I can mask all evidence of my sweaty self).

It contains a blend of invigorating essential oils of clove, cinnamon and camphor, so has a sweet but spicy fragrance. A lovely body water to use directly on your skin, or on your clothes, or just in the air!

Sranrom Calm Down Spot Roller

This tiny roller lasts forever! I love the blend of lemongrass and Kaffir lime with spearmint – it has a calming effect and is wonderfully uplifting for the spirits. The blend also contains champaca (a type of magnolia) and litsea (a type of laurel plant).

I first learnt about Sranrom at a show a couple of years ago now, but I am not sure if they have broken into Britain! I have their hand cream from the same range on my desk – it’s an easily absorbed formula. At times of stress, I apply then cup my hands around my nose and inhale.

And breathe…
