Rebecca’s October Natural & Organic Body Care Favourites
As the weather changes, some may have a tendency to neglect their body care. After all, we’re going to be wrapped up and swaddled through the cold winter months. However there’s no need to make caring for our body difficult and time consuming, simply look for products that are quick to use and nourishing for our skin.
One of these products is Giovanni 2Chic Brazilian Keratin and Argan Oil Ultra Sleek Body Wash. It cleanses, exfoliates and moisturises all in one go.
I’ve never paid much attention to the Giovanni body care products until now, because I always think of them as an extension of the fabulous hair care but this body wash is fabulous!
There’s jojoba beads and walnuts pieces to help exfoliate the skin gently every time you wash, lovely nourishing argan oil and moisturising Brazilian phyto-keratin.
It has a caramel-coconut fragrance and whilst I don’t usually go in for products fragranced that sweetly, I have succumbed to this one.
Following on from my October skincare favourites, another Kaeng Raeng product I’ve been loving this month is their Detoxfoliant Body Scrub. This is fragranced with vanilla and lavender, and whilst the vanilla is very sweet, the lavender tones the sweetness down a bit.
As well as Himalayan pink salt (which give the product a great colour) and Dead Sea salt, there’s organic shea butter and apricot oil to nourish skin and give it a glow.
Last but by no means least, I’ve been enjoying the Antipodes Heavenly Body Oil, read what the team thought of this product in our Organic September here. In short, I love how easily absorbed it is, and the fragrance blend of jasmine, lavender and ylang-ylang accented with a nuttiness from the avocado and macadamia oil and the earthiness from the rosehip oil.
