Review of Madara Herbal Deodorant
I’m always sceptical when trying new deodorants, and Madara Herbal Deodorant was no exception.
Don’t get me wrong but the truth is I have tried loads of natural deodorants, most I’ve not been impressed with and I’m not particularly smelly or sweaty. It’s no wonder most people stick to more mainstream offerings such as Sure and Right Guard when it comes to underarm protection. The only one I have found to be effective and rebought is Tom’s of Maine stick deodorant, most recently I purchased the honeysuckle one. It has hops in that kill fungal bacterial, and the fragrance is pleasant too.
When I read about the launch of Madara Herbal Deodorant I thought I’d give it a go and take it on holiday. Nicely packaged in a white stubby roll on, it doesn’t take up that much room so is ideal for including in travel wash bags. The formula is deemed 100% natural 8% organic and certified “Greenlife” by Ecocert. This natural deodorant also contains a blend of rose flower water, chamomile and calendula flowers with sage and peppermint. The fragrance of calendula cuts through above everything else, and you can also smell the alcohol in the formula.
I must say I have found my new deodorant in Madara Herbal Deodorant – I like it even more than my trusted Tom’s of Maine. Madara’s natural deodorant gave me lasting freshness, and with use over time my skin was not irritated or dried despite the fact it includes alcohol.
