JASON 84% Aloe Shampoo and Conditioner

I bought these products before I started working with JASON earlier on in the year and I am a convert for their everyday beauty products. The price is spot on and the products actually work. The brand is perfect for those conscious of what they are putting on their body/hair/skin but have a budget to stick to. The products recently underwent a transformation with new packaging and reformulations. I must admit prior to the redesign of the packaging I would rarely consider putting JASON in my bathroom as it looked so drab and dated.

Both the shampoo and conditioner are 84% aloe vera barbadensis juice which really boosts the moisture content and shine of the hair. The main ingredient of most natural haircare is aqua so obviously the 84% aloe has more benefits than water. The formula also contains pro-vitamin B5 derived from plants which helps lock moisture in and repair.

The products smell lovely and clean, like aloe, and the smell stayed in my hair post shower. My ends were not as dry with repeated use which meant I didn’t need a haircut for a considerable length of time (thanks to my fabulous cut with Norris Ogario) The bottles are quite big and lasted me a good couple of months which I think is a bargain considering I have long hair and wash every 2-3 days. Also, unlike some other natural formulas, the shampoo and conditioner ran out at more or less the same time.

It’s not just dry hair that can benefit from these aloe vera formulas, apparently dry, itchy scalps, dandruff and even hair loss can be treated with topical application of aloe vera. If you have success with treating these ailments I would love to hear from you.

Holy Guacamole this stuff is good!! I have suffered for a couple years now with terrible itchy dry scalp & terrible dandruff. My work requires us to put our hair up & sleek which means I have to use tons of hair product which I hate. Anytime I use hairspray my scalp burns so bad & sometimes I even have little cuts on my head which I think may be chemical burns. I have always been one that hates toxic chemicals in my cosmetics. I try to avoid it at all costs. I have tried soooooo many dandruff shampoos & products. T-Gel, Nizoral, Scalpicin, other natural brands like Avalon Organics, Giovanni, & John Masters. I even tried Alternaʻs Scalp Facial which costed me a pretty penny & none worked. I also regulary do a ACV rinse which lasts a little bit but my boyfriend complains that my head stinks. Ive been searching endless days for a good shampoo for my “issue” and found a pin about Jason Organics that lead me to you review. I just wanted to come back & tell you thank you for posting!! This shampoo is a life saver!! I I canʻt believe its not even for dandruff!!! It cleared up my scalp so quick!! & no more itchy scalp and i keep playing with my hair because it feels so soft & shiny!!! I want to try other products like maybe their hairspray if there are any. Any suggestions. I currently use Alterna which is free of silicon & parabens but im sure not good for me at all!! Thank you Thank You Thank You for your review 🙂
