My Organic Skincare Staples: Antipodes Review
I’m very lucky to work with the organic skincare brand Antipodes! I’m slowly working my way through trying all the products (that are suited to my skin type) and I haven’t tried anything yet that disagrees with my skin. Like all of the Antipodes range, this pure natural facial exfoliator is formulated with pure natural avocado oil, rich in important skin antioxidant vitamin E as well as essential fatty acids to help nourish and protect the skin. The exfoliating action comes from jojoba beads – no harmful to the environment microbeads – just jojoba beads, which are soft edges and gentle, and won’t aggravate sensitive or damaged skin like rough scrub ingredients, like sugar, salts and nuts, can. There’s also healing calendula oil, revitalising carrot seed extract, antibacterial grapefruit seed extract, brightening apricot oil and beautiful essential oils of sandalwood, sweet orange and tonka bean calm and balance the skin and tip off an organic skincare routine.
Antipodes Reincarnation Exfoliator is a thick, rich and creamy texture, with a delightfully fragrant orange scent. The gentleness of the jojoba beads and the skin nurturing ingredients means that this product is suited to most skin types. Personally, I use this exfoliator twice a week, but because it has such a delicate exfoliating action, I believe you could use more frequently should you need or wish to. This is hands down one of the best cleansers I have used, and for those who have problems with sensitivity and irritation I would highly recommend this exfoliator.
