Devance Cosmétiques Launch Event

On Monday 24th October, myself and Vandana made our way to South Kensington to attend the Devance Cosmétiques Launch Event at Duck & Dry! Founded by couple France-Aimée and Sandro, Devance Cosmétiques produce professional freeze-dried hair treatments made in France.Their concept is based on combining the best from nature, and the best from green chemistry.

They currently supply four haircare treatments which have an extremely interesting formula. When put in contact with water the powder reveals its true structure: a soft gel which acts deeper on the hair than a serum or a hair mask.

The products:

  • Contain 100% active ingredients from natural raw materials
  • More than 99% elements from natural source – of which 95% are natural and organic.
  • No animal testing.
  • Guaranteed without preservatives and surfactant free.
  • Formulated without additives to decrease allergies and environmental footprint.
  • Raw materials from farmers and fair trade.

We were greeted warmly and introduced to Sandro who spoke confidently, describing each product. He showed us an example of how the powder reacts once met with water. Both myself and Vandana tested the products on our skin to find that they were easily absorbing, extremely gentle and have no sufficient perfume. Some key ingredients of the haircare treatments include: Jojoba Oil, Argan Oil, Aloe Vera, Coconut Oil, Vitamin E Oil, Sweet Almond Oil, Cocoa Butter, Mango Butter and more!

The four haircare treatments are suited for four different hair types such as Dry and Damaged Hair, Overworked Hair, Curly, Frizzy and Afro Hair, and Colour Treated Hair. As well as this, Devance Cosmétiques have also launched a Multi-Purpose Nourishing Oil which acts as a moisturiser for hair, body, and face.

There are lots of products to choose from all suited with you in mind! Here at Biteable Beauty we are excited to see what else Devance Cosmétiques have in store for the future!
